Joinsoon Electronics Mfg. Co. Ltd (JEM), a worldwide supplier of cable assemblies and connectors, proudly announce their success in passing the 5 meter HDMI compliance test on December 17 2004.

The test was conducted with HDMI Compliance Test Specification, revision 1.1. Starting from today, JEM can provide certified HDMI products to market with competitive price. Richard Huang, President of JEM, said "This certificate proved our hard works into developing high frequency, high bandwidth, and high speed transmission interfaces. Many surveys implied that HDMI™ will be the trend for all digital data transmitting device in the future. JEM currently have many designs in HDMI cables and connectors. In order to meet market demand, both ABS assembly and PVC molded type of plugs are available as one of JEM standard parts. The ABS assembly type plug design is trendy and has an attractive appearance. ABS assembly type HDMI/DVI adapter is also available to market. Connector is also a main category in JEM's business plan. JEM has developed both SMT and DIP type of HDMI connectors. Latch, flange, and screw type of connectors are available in both categories.
